These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Villas Inn platform and the services we offer. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Platform Usage:
- Villas Inn acts as an aggregator platform connecting travelers with villa owners. We do not own or manage the properties listed on our site.
- By booking a villa, you enter into a contract with the villa owner, and the terms of the stay are outlined by the owner.
2. Booking and Payments:
- All bookings are confirmed upon successful payment via our platform.
- Villas Inn charges a 10% commission on the total booking amount for all successful reservations.
- Prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made 30 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in may incur a cancellation fee, as determined by the property’s policy.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Responsibilities of Travelers:
- Travelers must respect the villa’s house rules and local laws during their stay.
- Damages caused by travelers will be subject to charges by the property owner.
5. Villa Owner Obligations:
- Villa owners must ensure that their property complies with local regulations and that all amenities advertised are provided to guests.
- Owners must keep their property listings updated with accurate information regarding pricing, availability and facilities.
6. Liability:
- Villas Inn is not liable for disputes between travelers and property owners. However, we offer mediation services to help resolve issues.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during your stay, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.
7. Changes to Terms:
- Villas Inn reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
